Eating soybeans and soy products are best for your body. Whole grains like wild rice, brown rice, wholemeal bread, lentils, peas, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and radishes are an excellent choice to detoxify your body. You can also eat onions and garlic but always keep with you a mint.
Finally, it is not enough to occasionally eat these ingredients, you have to stick to the detox routine to keep your body healthy. You should keep these important ingredients in your kitchen if you want to detoxify your body and include them in your diet on a daily basis.
