There are currently over four hundred and two thousand pesticide food additives which have been approved for use in the U.S.. More than 69 million Americans live in regions that exceed the standards of environmental pollution and drinking water contains most of the over seven hundred chemicals. As many as ten thousand chemicals enter our body in the form of solvents, emulsifiers and preservatives used in food processing and storage. What on earth makes us think our bodies can withstand as chemically saturated environment without breaking down? And where do we go from here, how do we go from feeling depressed and overwhelmed by our current load of toxins to a healthier, less toxic state of being?

If you already have an acute or chronic, would be well worth your time to do some research on different methods of detoxification. You can also initiate awareness and simply note the number of chemicals that are ingested, absorbed or otherwise exposing your body. Start reading the labels on the products you buy, the food you eat, and toiletries you use. Fortunately, there are non-toxic, environmentally friendly versions available for almost every product or food it currently uses. Start shopping at organic food stores and pharmacies of health. You can eliminate a lot of toxins by changing their daily personal hygiene, housekeeping and dietary habits.Yes, it is more expensive, but I'd rather pay the price with your health or your pocket?
