Total Detox Tips and tricks you can do at home
When your body is sick in any way that the pH is disrupted. Your body does everything possible to keep up with the extra acid produced. When you can not keep up, the disease occurs. The disease is a breakdown of your cells optimal function. The disease occurs through poor eating habits, overwork, stuffing your emotions, eating more cooked foods, too much sugar, salt, caffeine, drugs, vaccines, tension, depression, lack of proper rest, lack of exercise, air pollution / food / water and retention of metabolic wastes (constipation). The only effective way to "cure" the disease is to eliminate the causes.
Can we stop or reverse the symptoms of the disease painful? Yes How? We have to clean up our lives with optimal nutrition, special diets, cleansing programs, specific vitamins and supplements, fresh extracted juices, herbs and other natural therapies that do not harm the body over time. We must change our lifestyle and our way of thinking. We must find a balance between physical, emotional, mental and spiritual life.
All cures come from within the core of your body first, then progresses outward and from the upper body to the feet and in reverse order in which symptoms first.

The body must be cleansed in this order: Bowels, liver, kidneys, blood and lymph.

When the body is alkaline it has energy to fight the disease, so it can detoxify and rebuild. Reduce consumption of cheese, meat, poultry and refined foods. Eliminate packaged items. Eat more eggs.
For chronic constipation problems my favorite product is Nature's Sunshine LBS II. That is not addictive and can change your bowel habits permanently with only a few months to add to your supplement program. Some people prefer to add in coffee enemas or colon hydrotherapy. This is good, but do not overdo the coffee enemas. Three per week should be the maximum amount of coffee enemas in the detoxification program. And if your issue is loose bowels, irritable bowel syndrome or Crohn's disease, you may want to add in drops nosode pathogenic intestinal parasites and bowel RET drops of emotions associated with imbalance of the bowels.

Note: cooked, processed or pasteurized fruits and vegetables lack the enzymes. The dose is ¾ teaspoon once a day for 30 days. If you are struggling with allergies, anger, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, glaucoma or cancer, you'll want to add in some drops Liver RET.
Kidney Detoxification: Once you've completed the liver cleanse the kidneys come, so I added cranberry concentrate to your sugar-free diet rich in fruits and vegetables. One teaspoon per day for six weeks. My favorite brands are Hains ® and the Tree of Life ®. This product comes in bottles of 8.16 oz. No frozen juice concentrate or bought on the island of juice. Look for nutritional supplements in your local health food store. Eat ginger, parsley and watermelon. Kidney RET emotional remedy is added at this point if the person is experiencing nervousness, fear, anxiety, fear or worry in their personality traits. I add Myrrh gum powder at this time and to help with the yeast and purification. Take four capsules daily for nine weeks, depending on the severity of the yeast that may have on your system.
Blood and Lymph Detoxification: This is the final step in the process and should occur in about four months after the detoxification process. So how do you know when you are detoxifying too quickly? Ways to work through a healing crisis: Drink lots of water, treat yourself to a massage or hot bath, making castor oil packs over the liver daily for 3-5 days, fast for a day or two, get a chiropractic adjustment, prayer and attitude to work and find a support team.
